Born in Philadelphia, PA, on August 22, 1981, Randi was a truly beautiful baby who, at the age of eight months, was named Miss Black Venus. She was also a champion sprinter in both junior high school and high school. After moving to Delaware with her family in 1997, she attended William Penn High School, where she graduated in 1999. She would go on to pursue a career in criminal justice.
Randi devoted her life to the love, praise, and service of the Lord. A giving and compassionate person, she actively supported many human rights causes and was committed to social justice for all people. She will be sadly missed by the many, many people who loved her.
