  • My deceased husband, Bill, and Dick were in Navy Reserves together and became friends. Dick was in our wedding in 1961 and we remained friends for years even when we moved to Cambridge, MD. It seems since Suzanne and Bill passed away we lost contact and I was just thinking recently about how Dick was doing. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. He was a super guy and I know you all will miss him.

  • So sad to see Mr B pass. He was like a second father to me while growing up with his sons Rick and Jim. He never thought twice about taking us to the movies, mini golf or on other adventures. You were always welcome at the Balback residence which is why there was always several kids hanging out playing video games, swimming etc.. Mr B was a kind-hearted man who always had a smile on his face. May he rest in heaven in eternal peace. My condolences to his sons and their families.

  • I met Dick in the mid-90’s. We became fast friends until I moved to Tennessee in 2006. So sad to hear of his passing. Rest in Peace my friend.
