Richard Lunt “Dick” Perkins Jr., age 67, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in Wilmington, Delaware.

Born on January 26, 1958, in Boston, Massachusetts, Dick grew up with a deep curiosity and a love for learning.
