To Necy and Family,
Ray worked with Mack and has many warm memories of him. I remember one Christmas when he helped us bring in a live tree to use as our Christmas tree and then we planted it out back after the holidays. He was one strong man. Ray has a good story about Mack taking him for a ride on his motorcycle. Ray was not a motorcycle rider but Roy gave him the ride of his life. We always enjoyed seeing him at the WPD Health Club………..always got a big strong hug. Roy always spoke so lovingly of Necy and was so proud of her. I wish we had had the opportunity to see Roy before he passed away. It was have been a laugh filled visit. May God bless all of you. With much love, Ray and Brenda Scott

Dear Necitas,
I am so sorry to discover that Roy had passed away recently. I remembered him well , and very fondly when I was working at the Court of Common Pleas decades ago. I didn’t see him much after I went to work at The Chancery Court on the other side of the Old Court House. Now I am with the Kirkwood Library / NCC-Community Servixces. My father was a South Vietnamese Airborne/Paratrooper Officer. So we talked about Roy’s military service days as well as his skydiving jumps. My sincere condolences to you, and the kids… May God rest his soul…
