Sally Brown

Sally Brown, age 62, of Middletown, DE passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021.

To know Sally was to be loved by her.  She always said her greatest accomplishments in life were her family and the loving relationships she had with each of us – whether we were born into her life or blessed to be adopted by her.  Sally was the kind of woman who could walk into a store by herself and come out with a new life-long friend and member of the family.  She was selfless willing to give anything she had to someone in need.  Sally was caring always there for anyone in any way she could be of help.  She was fearless, if not a bit stubborn, never afraid to take a challenge (or a bet) head on.  Simply put, Sally was the best of us.  And, she will always be remembered as a devoted wife, the best mom and nana ever, a caring sister and aunt, and a loving friend.  

Sally is survived by her devoted husband of 43 years, Jim; her children, Kimberly, Bill, James, and Nicole; her sisters, Cindy, Tina, Bonnie, Molly, Diane, Debbie, and Chrissy; her brothers, Bobby, Danny, Bill, and Darren; her grandchildren, Zoey, Brielle, Ryder, and Violet; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and Jim; her many nieces and nephews; and her extensive adopted family and friends.  She loved you all more than you know, and she would want you to take comfort in knowing she will still be looking out for each of us from up above for the rest of our days. 

A celebration of life will be held in the Spring of 2022 in Northeast Pennsylvania where Sally grew up, lived and loved for many years.
