Sandra D. Jubilee, age 83, of Middletown, DE, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on March 15, 1938, Sandra was a daughter of the late Henry Carrington and Norma (Byers) Johnson. She graduated from Temple University with a degree in Social Work. Sandra was a juvenile social worker with the City of Philadelphia for many years. Prior to being a social worker, she was a shop steward for the United Autoworkers.

Sandra enjoyed, many family trips, picnicking on the beach and visiting amusement parks and eateries. Strong in her faith, she was a Jehovah Witness for 31 years with the Augusta, GA congregation.

In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jubilee; and son, Dennis. She is survived by her brother, Addison; sisters, Carol and Linda; sister-in-law, Schaundra; children, Anthony, Lawrence, Lydia, Angela, and Denise; daughter-in-law, Sandra; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She will be loved and missed by all.

All services will be held privately.
