Mrs. Sandra Lee Starrett, age 44, of New Castle, DE, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 15, 2011, at her home.

Born on June 6, 1966 in Wilmington, DE, Sandi was the daughter of William R. Walls and the late Lucinda Walls. She enjoyed a long career as a file clerk with Wilmington Trust, working at the companys Rodney Square branch for 16 years. Sandi was an excellent caregiver who selflessly looked after the needs of her parents and husband. In her leisure hours, Sandi enjoyed dancing and spending time with her family. She was a true people person and was instantly at ease with those she met.

In addition to her father, Sandi is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Eulis F. Starrett; daughter, Amber Michelle Bailey; stepsons, Jeremey Adam Starrett and Christopher Russell Starrett; brothers, Greene Walls and wife, Jane and Bob Walls and wife, Elizabeth; sister, Evelyn Falkowski; and 4 grandchildren.

A committal service will be held at 10 am on Friday, January 21, 2011, in the chapel of Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE.
