15 Condolences for Shirley May Glines
Aunt Shirley will be missed dearly. Her personality and smile lit up a room. I will always remember the majority of my childhood was spent at her house playing with Christine and Keith. I will miss her always being the first to send a card on every occasion. She always thought of others first.
I love you Aunt Shirley!
Oh, Christine, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. She was a beautiful soul, I always enjoyed talking “shop”with her. She and you and your family have had some difficult years recently. I hope you can all find peace in your memories, each other, and in the fact that she is no longer struggling. Younall are we n my prayers.

Every memory I have of Shirley includes her warm smile and generous heart, from rides in her VW and study sessions while we were at UD, to the love and encouragement she gave my son when he was in her care. Dick, Christine, and Keith, I hope your memories of special times together will help fill the emptiness in your hearts. I am so sorry for your loss. Heaven truly has gained an angel.
Heaven has gained a beautiful person and spirit. It is of great pleasure I had the opportunity to have crossed paths with this beautiful person. I was so sad to hear of Shirley’s passing. Our thoughts and love are with you at this sad time. I feel we have been blessed with knowing her and are all better for having spent time with her.
As a past”helping mom” at Newark cooperative preschool, I have such happy and warm memories of Shirley. She was such a great person and loving and caring to my shy boys. I honestly will never forget her and enjoyed running into her at the local shop rite. I will pray for you, her family and please know how much she positively touched our lives.
Sheryl was so loved by all the kids she engaged with. She had a heart of gold and a great love for everyone around her. As part of our family she was there for anyone. We will miss her and that smile that was so infectious. Dick, Christine and Keith my heart goes out to you all. She now is at peace. Our love,

To the Glines family,
Shirley taught our son Robert at Newark Cooperative, and prior to that taught my nephew Joey. She was a caring, patient teacher, who stimulated the children and instilled in my son an early love of learning. He is now in college, and he still remembers her as one of his favorite teachers.
Her legacy has been the investment that she made in all the children that she taught as well as her own children that she also spoke of with such pride.
We are so sorry for your loss, she was an amazing person and it was my pleasure to have known her. I’m sorry I will not be able to make her viewing or funeral due to previous engagement, but please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers <3
