From the gentle guidance from Matt on the decisions that had to be made, to the services rendered, everything was perfect. We were able to say our final goodbyes to our loved one in a way that would have made her proud. I can hear her say, ‘They made me look pretty.’ They made her look beautiful but she never would have described herself that way.
