He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charlie Brown.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 309 Clinton Street, Delaware City, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow in Greenhill Cemetery, Madison Street, Delaware City, DE.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steven’s memory to Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE 19720, to help offset funeral costs, or to the Swifty Foundation, Gift from a Child program, to help find better treatments for kids with pediatric brain and spinal cord cancers, online by clicking here.
