Teresa Mary Mooney, age 66, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2011.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, on October 22, 1945, Teresa made her career as an administrator with Simms Associates, where she retired. She was a talented homemaker and greatly enjoyed both cooking and gardening. She also delighted in caring for her pet dogs throughout her life.
She is survived by her three children, Kim Marie Mooney and husband, Jamil I. Cleaves, Daniel Kurt Mooney, and Harold R. Smith III; and her two grandsons, Jamil Iliam Cleaves II and Keiran Elijah Cleaves.
A memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Thursday, December 15, 2011, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE, where visitation will begin at 3 pm.
