Mr. Thomas N. Carter, Jr., age 56, of Pine Hill, NJ, formerly of Delaware City, DE, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013.
Born in Pennsylvania on April 5, 1956, Mr. Carter was the son of the late Thomas N. Carter and Martha E. Burns Carter. He proudly served his country in the US Army, retiring after 15 years, and would later accept a position with AE Litho in Beverly, NJ.
An avid sports fan, he greatly enjoyed cheering each season for his favorite teams, the Phillies and the Eagles.
He is survived by his brother, Brian P. Carter and wife Stephanie of Towson, MD; and nephew, Brendan Carter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Joseph Carter.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am to 12 noon on Monday, February 4th, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 214 Clinton Street, Delaware City.
