Carrie and the family: My heart slowed for a minute when I saw this obit for Tracie. As retired nurse from Delaware Div.I had the pleasure of meeting you and Tracie over the years. When you met parents back then, they became your family. You as a parent, where one of those that we find ourselves remembering as a caring AND a devoted parent to Tracie. It was always noted that “your baby” came first in your life. You being a parent there would understand. My sincere condolences to you and yours. Will always hold a special part in my heart. REST IN PARADISE TRACIE.
