Mary Jane (Leinheiser) Sevier, age 97, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025.
Born in Claymont, DE on December 8, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Mary (Siebenkaes) Leinheiser.
In addition to her parents, Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband, James Sevier; daughter, Barbara Sevier; son, John Sevier; and her siblings, Mildred Riley, Richard Leinheiser, Robert Leinheiser and Paul Leinheiser. She is survived by her children, Charles Sevier (Cheryl), Joseph Sevier, James Sevier, Christine LeNoir (Bernard) and Suzanne Collins (Craig); 8 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
All services will be held privately.

I am so very sorry to see this. I worked with Jane at Whirlpool Financial for sometime years ago, plus I went to school with her two sons, Joe & Jim. She was the most lovely person in the world. I am deeply sorry for your loss.
