Mary Bridget Biliski
October 8, 1951 - January 26, 2026
Mary Bridget Biliski, age 74, of Bear, DE, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, January 26, 2026, after a 3-year battle with lung cancer.
Born in Wilmington, DE on October 8, 1951, she was a daughter of the late Rudolph and Nora A. (Connell) Wagner. Bridget made her career as a bank manager at Wilmington Trust.
Bridget could often be found in her kitchen cooking and baking. She was always trying new recipes which were always delicious, and turned into favorite requests by friends and family. Bridget was an excellent seamstress. She made her own clothes when she was young, dresses for her daughter, and could fix any type of clothing. Summer was her favorite season; Bridget was happiest laying out and relaxing in the pool. Bridget loved buying anything her grandchildren wanted; they brought her so much joy. She and her husband, Raymond loved spending time with friends, attending countless parties and happy hours. They belonged to many VFW clubs, and enjoyed playing shuffleboard and bocce. She was loved by so many. Bridget will always be remembered for her contagious laugh and being kind, gentle, generous, thoughtful and compassionate.
Bridget is survived by her loving husband, Raymond J. Biliski; children, Jaime Wills (James), Raymond Biliski Jr., and Timothy Biliski (Amanda); grandchildren, Landon Wills, Declan Wills, Kinley Wills and Gianna Newth; siblings, Rudolph Wagner, Joseph Wagner, Nora Stebner and Martina Walton; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Bridget’s life will be held from 12 pm until 3 pm on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at American Legion Stahl Post #30, 156 A North Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE. Inurnment will be held privately.

My dear sister-in-law Bridget was just like a big sister to me. She was full of sweetness and sunshine. Although she was soft spoken and quiet ~ you learned quickly that she was a dynamo. She always offered interesting and insightful perspectives. I always valued her advice.
We literally grew up together during our teenage years. She was a close friend of my brother Joe and started dating my oldest brother Ray. Boy… you should have seen those two on the dance floor! Bridget was a fabulous dancer best at Chacha and line dancing, as was my brother Ray. I can still see them tearing up the dance floor laughing and having a blast dancing together. This went on for years. In those days dancing was like a sport and Bridget and Ray would have been the dance champions.
She was always like a big sister to me. I love her and I will forever have a void in my heart adjusting to the reality that she’s gone..
