Abigail Reed Hartman
May 7, 1993 - December 6, 2022
Abigail Reed Hartman, age 29, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.
Born in New Brunswick, NJ on May 7, 1993, she was the daughter of Douglas Taylor and Sylvia Margot (Augenstein) Hartman.
Abigail was a graduate of Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management. She enjoyed traveling, dining out, and staying on top of the latest reality television series or movie. In her short time with us, Abigail was a force to be reckoned with and she lived every single day as her truest self. She was caring to her friends and her family – and she loved animals (especially cats and chimpanzees). She was spirited, unique, and had a sharp sense of humor. Most of all, Abigail loved bringing people together and making them laugh. She was one of a kind.
In addition to her parents, Abigail is survived by her sister, Victoria Hartman; significant other, Ed Bulanhagui; grandfather, Stuart Hartman; cat, Piglet; aunts, uncles, and numerous extended family and friends.
A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at, McCully’s, 136 Astro Shopping Center, Newark, DE. There will be a short program beginning at 1 pm.
