Angelo J. Castelli

December 23, 1957 - August 5, 2026

Angelo J. Castelli, age 68, of Middletown, DE, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on December 23, 1957, he was a son of the late Mario and Stella (Ancona) Castelli. Angelo made his career in sales.

Angelo loved watching Law and Order and TV game shows. He was always looking for the next deal and would sell anything not tied down. Above all, Angelo loved his family and friends. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and doing dinners and drinks with his friends. What he enjoyed most was watching his grandkids grow up while constantly doing things for them.  Being surrounded by family and friends is what brought Angelo his most joy.

In addition to his parents, Angelo was preceded in death by his sister, Lea Castelli. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan DiGregorio Castelli; children, Amanda R. Mazzio (Rich) and Mario A. Castelli (Diana), both of Middletown; sister, Maria Peretta (George) of Warwick, MD; and grandchildren, Conner Sharp (Sabrina), Adrianna Mazzio, Gabriella Mazzio, Alexandra Mazzio, Hailey Castelli, Gianna Castelli, and Angelo Castelli.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 3 pm until 6 pm on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 275 East Main Street, Middletown, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 6 pm. Interment will be held privately.
