Caroline Mae Clardy
November 12, 1958 - March 22, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Caroline Mae Clardy, age 66, of Quarryville, PA, on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Caroline was born in Wilmington, DE, on November 12, 1958, to the late Rodger and Louise (Adam) Hamm. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of everyone around her with her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit.
Caroline had a quiet yet joyful way of enjoying life’s simple pleasures. She could often be found immersed in a good puzzle or lost in the pages of a Stephen King novel, always seeking stories that both thrilled and inspired her. She also had a love for country and bluegrass music, which filled her with harmony and comfort.
One of Caroline’s greatest joys was spending time with her family. She cherished every moment with them, whether it was sharing laughter on a fishing trip with her brother, Wayne, or doting on her beloved grandchildren, Kylie and Landon. Caroline’s love for them knew no bounds; she delighted in creating special memories, always ready to buy a new toy or sneak them a sweet treat when no one was looking.
Caroline is survived by her son, Andrew (Krysta); her cherished grandchildren, Kylie and Landon; her loving siblings, Wayne, Roger, Debbie, and Cindy; Aunt Mae; cousins, John, Cyndie, and Rick; as well as her dear best friend, Paula. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her love and spirit will live on in their hearts.
Caroline’s legacy of kindness, love, and joy will never be forgotten. Her family and friends will carry forward the beautiful memories she leaves behind.
All services will be held privately.
