Cassie King-Nardinocchi

September 13, 1964 - June 21, 2026

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Cassie King-Nardinocchi, who left this world peacefully at home on June 21, 2026.

Born on September 13, 1964, in Wilmington, Delaware, Cassie graced the lives of all who knew her with warmth, laughter, and an unwavering spirit of kindness. Cassie was the beloved daughter of Elizabeth Barclay and Harold King whom predeceased her; she also is reunited in eternal peace with her dear Uncle Hugh and Aunt Becky; and several friends she has lost prior to her passing. Cassie was a devoted mother, a role she cherished above all else, and found unparalleled joy in nurturing and guiding her daughter, Emily. Her love extended to her stepchildren, Angie, Mandy, Amy, and Megan, whom she embraced wholeheartedly as her own. Her many grandchildren were a source of immense pride and happiness, particularly Annabelle whom she shared a cherished bond with.

Cassie was a woman of many talents and passions. She owned a successful cleaning business and was known as a “jack of all trades,” effortlessly applying her skills and creativity to any endeavor she undertook. Despite her numerous accomplishments, it was her unwavering dedication to motherhood and grandmother roles that remained her true calling and greatest joy. Her life was enriched by her love for the arts, music, and God. As a member of several rock bands, she expressed her creativity and faith through her soulful singing and vibrant presence. Cassie found joy in simple pleasures, such as coloring and baking, where her warmth and creativity shone through, leaving lasting impressions and delightful memories for those fortunate enough to share those moments with her. Cassie’s generosity and kindness knew no bounds. She was the type of person who would give you the shirt off her back, always putting others before herself and treating everyone with love and respect. Her legacy is one of selflessness and compassion, a testament to the beautiful soul that she was.

While we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the remarkable life she led and the indelible mark she has left on our hearts. Cassie will forever be remembered for her boundless love, her infectious laughter, and her unwavering dedication to her family and friends. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit will continue to guide and inspire those she leaves behind. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

All services will be held privately.
