Charles David “Chuck” Lewis, age 47, of Bear, DE and formerly of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025.

Born in Camden, NJ on September 25, 1978, he was a son of Loretta “Lori” M. Jones (Andrew) and the late Charles H. Lewis, Jr.  Chuck made his career as a truck driver.  He was an avid car enthusiast.  Chuck also enjoyed going to the beach.  Most of all, he loved his family and was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, and son.

Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. Lewis, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Rebecca (Padovani) Lewis; mother, Loretta “Lori” M. Jones (Andrew); children, Kimberly Lewis, C.J. Lewis, Lilly Lewis, Arik Philhower, and Lana Philhower; siblings, Raymond Jones (Karly), and Kristin Jones; and grandmother, Lee Force.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 am until 12 pm on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 275 East Main Street, Middletown, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 12 pm. Interment will be held privately.
