In addition to her father, Cherie was preceded in death by her former husband, Scott Loomis. She is survived by her daughter, Abigail Loomis; mother, Patricia Knies; sister, Dee Earls (Elliott); and niece and nephews, Henry, Scarlet, and Harris.

Pat and Abigail, I’m sorry to hear Cherie passed. She always tried to be an overcomer from all that life brought to the table. It can’t be easy to lose a daughter and a mom. Please accept my deepest sympathy and may God grant you special peace and loving care during this difficult time.

My heartfelt condolences to sweet Abby, and dear Pat. Cherie was such a brave girl who overcame many hardships in her life. But yet, she was always there for me and my family, and many members of my family as well, as we went through our own sad times. As she strugggled with her own problems, she helped all of us so very much with ours. I will miss this sweet, sweet girl, and am forever thankful she was in my life. May she rest in peace in heaven , no more suffering, with many people who loved her so much, as I do. Reunited with her “Blue Butterfly” who did love her dearly! Sending love to Abby and Pat……..
