  • Debi, Beth and I extend our thoughts to you and yours on Dalton’s passing. I remember you speaking of him back in the day!

  • Dalton, I don’t know what to say. It’s hard to talk about your passing directly, because it doesn’t seem real yet. Let me start from what I remember. I met you at Rommel Harley-Davidson MSF class in Smyrna. You were one of the two naturals in the class. It was as if somehow you knew how to ride motorcycles by instinct before the rest of us could smoothly throttle. You were one of the first to attempt every riding test we took!

Even so, you took time to give encouragement to others in the class who weren’t innately gifted. I was one such person. You were doing cool stuff during breaks in the class, like finding giant Rhinoceros beetles on the driving course, or telling us about Panheads. I think by the end of the class you had befriended each and every one of us. Years later, hanging out with Bockman from the class, I saw you shooting pool. You remembered me and made me feel so good about getting my own bike. You are a good friend, and will be missed by myself, and the many you no doubt influenced in your time. Rest In Peace, friend.

  • For Dalton.. I might not see your image again but your spirit will always be near. You will remain in my heart forever. We love you Dalton ! Ms. M..
