Deborah L. Marciniszyn, age 73, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023.

Born in Wilmington, DE on July 29, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Ralph H. and Alma V. (Painter) Anton. Deborah worked as a custodian for Colonial School District for many years until her retirement.

In her spare time, Deborah enjoyed shopping at the New Castle Farmers Market or trying her luck at Delaware Park with her beloved husband, George. She was a devoted member of the Police, Rod and Gun Club as well as St. Anthony’s Club and the TAC. Deborah loved to cook and often treated her family and friends to delicious meal.

In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her husband, George S. Marciniszyn. She is survived by her daughter, Michele Grier (Oliver); grandchildren, Jessica Grier, Oliver Grier, Jr., and Billy Grier; great-grandson, Dominic Grier; sister, Geraldine Anton Morgan; and cousin, Carol Michels-LaCorte.
