Diane Debra Moore

June 28, 1952 - November 24, 2019

          Diane Debra Moore, age 67, a lifelong resident of Newark, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019.

          Born in Wilkes Barre, PA on June 28, 1952, she was a daughter of Clifford Thomas Early, Sr. and the late Geraldine T. (Magalski) Early.  Diane graduated from Christiana High School and shortly after graduation she devoted the next 33 years as a dedicated employee to Astra Zeneca.

          She loved spending her free time at the beach with her family and friends.  Diane enjoyed flower gardening.  Of all her passions, she was a loving Babcia to her 5 grandsons and enjoyed spending time with them.

          Diane is survived by her father, Clifford; her husband of 44 years, Donald Lee Moore; daughters, Rachael Macauley (Jason Zdziera) and Rebecca Brooks (Brian); sister, Kathy Royle (Ken); brother, Cliff Early, Jr. (Bridgette); grandsons, Adam, Braeden, Sloan, Declan and Cade; and many dear friends and extended family.

          A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 15 Gender Rd, Newark, DE, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 am.  Interment will be held privately.

          In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Diane’s memory to the Children’s Tumor Foundation, 370 Lexington Avenue, Suite 2100, New York, NY 10017.
