Dianna L. “Dee” (Andrews) Roe, age 68, of New Castle, DE, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, February 25, 2024.
Born in Wilmington, DE on July 16, 1955, she was a daughter of the late William and Lorraine (Spratt) Andrews. Dee worked as an administrative assistant at Christiana Care.
Dee loved to travel to new places and visit the beach. In her spare time, she could be found working in her garden. Most of all, Dee treasured every moment with her family.
In addition to her parents, Dee was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Brian Roe; and sister, Deborah L. Waddington. She is survived by her brother, John Andrews (Debbie) of Wilmington; brother-in-law, Gilber R. Waddington of Long Neck; and nieces and nephews, Cory Waddington, Dan Waddington, Kellie Camcglin, Michael Andrews (Diane), Matthew Andrews (Allison), Brittany Spicer (Ryan), and Annmarie Andrews (KT).
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a memorial service will begin at 11 am. Inurnment will be held privately.

I was in high school with Dee and I remember her well, she was kind to me. I was new and knew no one but she was so friendly tho she was quiet but I’m so sorry your family lost her. I pray her death brings you all closer to God
