Donna Elaine (nee Blair) Bibbo

Donna Elaine (nee Blair) Bibbo, 71, of Middletown, DE, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday August 2, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with a failing heart and uterine cancer.
Donna was born on October 22, 1954, at Hackensack Medical Center in Bergen County, NJ and was the child of Donald and Charlotte Blair, Midland Park, NJ. Donna graduated from Westwood High School in 1972, later earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Trenton State College Class of 1990.
Donna had a long and exciting career, first working as a Marketing Analyst for Ingersol Rand, Woodcliff Lake, NJ, then relocated to Dallas, TX where she worked as an Executive Assistant to the CFO at Triangle-Pacific. She then became the Corporate Fleet and Travel manager for Pharmacia (now Cytiva) Piscataway, NJ then moved over in the same role at Novo Nordisk US Headquarters, Princeton, NJ. She finished her career at Ametek, Berwyn, PA as Manager of Indirect Procurement. She also served on multiple user advisory Boards and on the NJ Chapter Board of Directors for NAFA, a commercial fleet organization. Her career took her to three continents and was globally recognized by her fleet and travel programs.
Outside of work, Donna was known for her quick wit, deep kindness, and gentle nature until she was suited up for the Racquetball or Basketball Courts. She loved all sports and was an avid fan, especially for the New York Mets, Jets and later the Philadelphia Eagles, as well as NASCAR. She especially loved to bake, explore her heritage (genealogy), and read, but her most favorite activity was traveling the world with her beloved husband, Ken, including far-and-away places including Victoria Falls, the Galapagos Islands, Shanghai, and the Canadian Rockies.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents and only sibling, Steven. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Bibbo, and two sons Nicholas, Kenneth C (KC), and stepson Matthew. She leaves behind two loving daughters-in-law, Ginamarie and Jess and her granddaughter Liana Rose.
Donna will be cremated and interred at the Deland Memorial Gardens, Deland, FL alongside her parents, brother, grandparents, and other family members. A celebration of life will be held during the upcoming Christmas Holidays, her favorite time of year.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the University of Pennsylvania Cardiovascular Center for the exceptional care and compassion they gave her. I was saddened to hear of Donna’s passing. She managed our fleet vehicles at Pharmacia and was always so easy to work with. Her professionalism and warm personality made a lasting impression on everyone she worked with. One thing I’ll always remember is her desk. It was filled with all kinds of swag, trinkets, and little treasures that reflected her fun personality and brought a smile to everyone who stopped by. It was uniquely Donna. Donna was a Pharmacia colleague who always made you feel like her friend. She was so expert in her field that any seemingly complicated problem you brought to her got resolved instantly with a chuckle and a comment like “That’s easy. Don’t worry about it”. She made everything seem easy. A special person.
