Donna M. Gordon Grzybowski

Born November 4, 1957

Donna M. Gordon Grzybowski, 56, of New Castle, DE passed away peacefully and went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 22, 2014.

Born on November 4, 1957 in Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of John and Irene Fasczewski Gordon.

As an assistant manager, Donna worked for ten years at the former Variety Outlet in the Penn Mart Shopping Center. For the past seven years, she enjoyed working for the Delaware State Senate in bill preparation.

Donna was an active life member with the Minquadale Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the American Legion Post #28 Ladies Auxiliary in Millsboro.

She will always be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and daughter.

In addition to her parents Donna is survived by her beloved husband, Stanley R. Grzybowski; five children, Tracy Gordon, Jessica Bellemare (Chris) and Jason, Melisa and William Grzybowski; a step-daughter, Holly Daws (Rob); three siblings, June Ogden, John Gordon III and Gary Gordon; a sister/aunt, Debby Masten and twelve loving grandchildren, Naithan, Natalie, Ethan, Theresa-Lyn, Kayla, Sierra, Nelson, Christopher, Brittney, Jason, Brookelyn and Riley.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE 19720, where friends may visit with Donna’s family from 11:30 am “ 1:30 pm. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grzybowski Grandchildren Education Fund, c/o Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home at the address listed above.
