Elaine R. Taylor, of Bear, DE, passed away peacefully after a short battle with pancreatic cancer on Thursday, March 21, 2024, surrounded by her children.

Elaine was a beautiful soul inside and out and made life-long friends where ever she went. She was always the first one to lend a helping hand. A consummate caregiver to anyone in need.
