  • It is never easy to say goodbye to someone that has been such a big part of your life. You were not only my Mom for 66 years, you became my friend, my confidante, and the one I relied on for guidance. I thank you for making me the strong, confident, generous and compassionate woman I am today. I hope I made you proud. I know as your health began to decline this past year, you were ready to move on to the next chapter. The only way I could find comfort in letting you go was to know you are no longer in pain. I pray that you are in a better place. Though you are no longer here, please know your spirit will live on in the memories we shared.
