  • My sincerest condolences. The Williams-Spencer family has always made me feel like family and Ms. Valla (although I hope she didn’t mind that I called her Aunt Gail) was always a pleasure to be around and her cookies were even better than my mom’s (but don’t tell my mom I said that). I wish you all the best during this difficult time.

  • Gail was a good friend. I met her at Gander Hill in 1993. She always kept in touch by sending me a joke or two via email and I would always send a birthday card. Not once did she mention her illness. She will be sorely missed. Gone but definitely not forgotten. Rest well my friend.

    Sincerely,
    Tysha Bryant

  • I am very sad to hear about our good friend. Although she will be missed, my thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. As a co-worker for several years at the Plummer Center, I will miss your smiles and laughter. RIP my friend!!!!

  • I met Gail many years ago when I worked at Gander Hill and helped out at Plummer Center with Emergency Response. After that I worked with her in Community Corrections although we were in different counties. She was one of the sweetest people I ever met. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.
