Gladys C. White

Gladys C. White, age 88, of Elsinboro, NJ, departed this life on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 with her two sons by her side.

Born and raised, in Philadelphia on June 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late John E. and Mable (Andress) Crowe. Gladys married the love of her life, Norman White, in 1951. In 1960, they moved to Glassboro, NJ where they raised their family until they moved to Elsinboro, NJ after Norm’s retirement.

Gladys was an avid glass collector and loved playing Bridge. She achieved her Gold Life Master Certificate from the American Contract Bridge League. Gladys enjoyed researching and building astrology charts of family members and spending time on the Delaware River.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman L. White and son, Walter E. White, Sr. Gladys is survived by her sons, Daniel L. White of Beach Haven Park, NJ and Andrew P. White (Debbie) of Clayton, NJ; grandchildren, Mick White, Darcy Mackintosh (Cory), Holly Sharkazy (Steve), Walter E. White, Jr., Brent White, and Dustin White; and six great grandchildren,

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when all family and friends can attend.
