  • Mommom,

What words can I say right now? I remember as a kid living down the street from you , stopping by randomly, Trick or Treating to your house in our costumes, and Fourth of July crabs in the back yard. Christmas festivities in your living room.

I laugh when I think of the time I asked you if we could take a picture and you said no your hair wasn’t done. You always had the perfect styled hair.

You were a great grandmother and great grandmother to all of us and I hope enjoy watching us all from above. We love and will miss you dearly.

  • I had worked with Hattie at WSFS years ago. She always so encouraging and helpful :))) May God keep her in the palm of His Hand :))

  • “Near a shady wall a Rose once grew,Budded and blossomed in God’s free light. Watered and fed by mornings dew, Shedding it’s sweetness day and night. As it grew and blossomed fair and tall, Slowly rising to loftier height, It came to a crevice in the wall, Through which there shone a beam of light.Onward it went with added strength, With never a thought of fear or pride. It followed the light through the crevice-length, And unfolded itself on the other side. The light, the dew,the broadening view, Were found the same as they were before. And it lost itself in beauties new, Breathing its fragrance more and more. Shall claim of death cause us to grieve? And make our courage faint or fall? Ney! let us faith and hope receive..The Rose Still Grows Beyond the Wall.. Scattering fragrance far and wide, Just as it did in days of yore, Just as it did on the other side, Just as it will for evermore”
    John 11:25-26
