Mr. Joseph Anthony Still, known fondly as “Peenie,” age 45, of Newark, DE, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2012.
Born in Camden, NJ, on January 30, 1967, Mr. Still was baptized at Asbury United Methodist Church in Woodlynne, NJ. He was a graduate of Pennsauken (NJ) High School and made his career as a professional truck driver working for the Dunkin Donuts Corporation for the past 11 years.
He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Erin Lynne Calvert Still; mother, Norma Emily Still Watkins of Maple Shade, NJ; father, Joseph S. Watkins of Voorhees, NJ; children, Dwayne, Jake, Jillian, Austin, Myranda, and Kendall; siblings, Jennifer, Preston and wife Kristy, and Robin; the family’s last living elder, his Aunt Bobbie; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, September 18th, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE 19711, where visitation will begin at 10 am.
