Joyce Carol Logan, age 80, of Glasgow, DE and formerly of Elkton, MD, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Born in Wilmington, DE, on October 15, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Gormon C. Lawrence and Laura V. Takach. Joyce graduated from Conrad High School in 1960. She began her employment at Diamond State Telephone Company in 1961 and retired from Bell Atlantic in 1992.

Joyce enjoyed traveling, line dancing, and volunteering at the Blood Bank of Delmarva.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her stepfather, Joseph Takach; brother, Ronald W. Lawrence; and stepson, Timothy L. Logan. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Robert M. Logan; daughter, Dawn M. Fell (Mike); stepson, Charles A. Logan (Selina); stepdaughter-in-law, Elizabeth Logan; 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce’s memory to Wesley United Methodist Church, 41 Justice Way, Elkton, MD 21921.
