Karin Stumpf Todd
March 24, 1974 - December 4, 2021
Karin Stumpf Todd received her diamond covered Angel wings on Saturday, December 4, 2021, and they perfectly matched her eternal Juicy Couture track suit. Karin’s clothes matched her bedazzled personality. She was taken by the hand by her twin brother, Erik, where she is finally able to rest peacefully in heaven.
Karin was born in Porto Alegre, Brazil on March 24, 1974 and immediately stole her mom’s heart. At six weeks old, she was brought to her first US home in Maine which is where she’ll return to be laid to rest next to her brother. Karin accomplished a lot in her 47 years. She graduated high school in 1992 from Fayetteville- Manlius high school in NY. She was an excellent student and athlete receiving the distinction as an All-American field hockey player. Karin also loved the game of soccer and would always cheer for Brazil’s national football team in the FIFA world cup. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1997 with a BS in Psychology and spent many years in the banking profession. Karin’s proudest accomplishments were her children whom she loved very much: Bianca Kristina Todd, Sasha Karin Canavan, and Ronin Scott Canavan. Karin struggled with some of life’s journey but the love for her children was always a source of strength for her.
In addition to her children, she is survived by her mother and step-father, Ingeborg and David Wallace; and a nephew Christian Robert Stumpf. Along with her brother Erik, she was predeceased by her father, Robert Thomas Stumpf.
All services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Karin’s memory to Sojourner’s Place, Inc., 2901 Northeast Blvd, Wilmington, DE 19802 or online by clicking here.

May the eternal blessings of paradise distill upon Karin, the mother of my niece, Bianca; and may her family and friends find peace while sharing fond memories.

Todd Family, May you find comfort in God’s promise at Revelation 21:3,4.
“God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes
and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
The former things has passed.”
