Linda M. (Wooters) Smith, age 62, of Dover, DE, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 30, 2021.

Born in Milford, DE, on April 3, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Clarence R. and Frances (Coulbourn) Wooters. Linda worked as a commercial and residential cleaner for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing bingo. Linda never missed a meal and loved spending time and taking care of her family and friends.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Frances Miick (David); brothers, Ronnie Wooters, Jr. (Val), Elwood Wooters (Holly), and Albert Wooters (Rebecca); grandchildren, Shawna Pusey, Justin Miick, and Jazzmyn Miick; great-grandchildren, Paisley Hunt, Haleigh Hunt, Masden Miick; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9 am until 10 am on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 275 East Main Street, Middletown, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 10 am. Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery, 6520 Milford Harrington Highway, Harrington, DE.
