6 Condolences for Linda Sue (Thomas) Roberts

  • Jon & James, Your mom and dad have been some of our dearest friends for the past 5 decades. Although after moving from Upstate NY in 1980 we never lived close to each other again, your sweet mom and I kept in touch and always managed to have a long, “catching-up phone call” on both of our birthdays. We will always treasure our last visit together in their beautiful home during one of our few vacations. The one thing I’m TOTALLY sure of: Linda is perfectly happy…. finally meeting her Savior face to face, after serving Him faithfully all of these years. Please know our prayers are with you and your dad as you walk through this difficult time. Much love, Julie & John McWhorter

  • No more loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, sister and friend could ever be found than Linda. I count it one of my life’s greatest blessings and privileges to have called her my best friend. Though she never drew attention to herself, her loving nature couldn’t help but shine brightly wherever she went. Her Jimmy and the boys and their wives were always in her heart and prayers. Tim and I will praying for you now.
