Matthew Jason “Matt” Iannone

Matthew Jason “Matt” Iannone, age 24, of Claymont, DE, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.

Born in Newark, DE on November 22, 1999, he was the son of Jason Lee and Jennifer Ruth (Peters) Iannone. Matt attended Delaware Academy of Public Safety and Security as well as Newark High School. Most recently, he worked for Ad-Craft as a vinyl installer.

In his spare time, Matt enjoyed riding his motorcycle and playing paintball. He will always be remembered for being blunt but loving unconditionally.

In addition to his parents, Matt is survived by his sisters, Becca Guenther (Chad) and Dana Dillon (Jerry); and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and many dear friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 12 pm on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 275 East Main Street, Middletown, DE, where a memorial service will begin at 12 pm. Inurnment will be held privately.
