Michael R. “Mike” Taylor

Michael R. “Mike” Taylor, age 60, of Newark, DE, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
Born in Wilmington, DE on May 15, 1965, he was the son of Marianne V. Taylor and the late William B. Taylor, Jr.
Mike retired after 25 years with Local #42 Insulators Union. He later worked several years in security at the 900 Building in Wilmington, DE.
Mike enjoyed spending time at his parent’s beach house in Fenwick Island.
In addition to his father, Mike was preceded in death by his sister, Lynn (Taylor) Dziubinsky, whom he dearly missed. He is survived by his mother, Marianne V. Taylor; brother, William (Chris) Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
Per Mike’s wishes, there will be no services.

I am shocked. Mike and I were very good friends many years ago, and he had reached out to me again a few years back. He was a good, kind man with a loving heart. The world could use more men like Mike. To his family: I am so very sorry. Losing Mike is a huge loss. May he rest in peace.
