Natasha S. “Tasha” Holly
September 29, 1966 - July 29, 2023
Natasha S. “Tasha” Holly, age 57, of Bear, DE, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
Born in Philadelphia, PA on September 29, 1966, she was a daughter of the late David T. and Thelma R. (Daniels) Grimes. Tasha earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and worked as an Account Executive for Verizon and Comcast. She was also a proud small business owner of Happy Hoppers. Tasha enjoyed working with her hands and spent her free time fixing and repairing different items. She could often be found bargain shopping, visiting flea markets, and enjoying online resales. She was always looking for a great deal. Every year Tasha looked forward to the fall season so she could cheer on her favorite football teams. She had a huge heart for animals and especially loved her pets. Most of all, Tasha loved being with family, being outdoors, going to the beach, and long bike rides.
Tasha was preceded in death by her parents, David and Thelma Grimes. She is survived by her husband, Darren “Bobby” Holly; son, Amir Holly; beloved dog, Honey Chow; siblings, Marlowe Griggs, David Grimes, Nicole Chin, and Michael Grimes; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1 pm until 2 pm on Friday, August 11, 2023, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 2 pm. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tasha’s memory to The ALS Association, PO Box 37022, Boone, IA 50037-0022 or online by clicking here.

Bobby and Amir I am so very sorry for your loss. Natasha was such a wonderful person and I loved the time we had together. Travel baseball ⚾️ was always a great experience, as long as Bobby could sit far enough away so Natasha and I didn’t have to smell his cigar! Remember all the great times you had together and that will help to ease some of your pain.

Hello Bobby:
I am so sorry to hear the loss of your beautiful wife, Natasha. I remember how extremely happy you were when you showed me a picture of her. I thank you had just gotten married. If I remembered correctly, Natasha had short hair & she was cute as a button!
I didn’t know you & Natasha have a son. My heart goes out to him. I L💘VE the picture of Natasha hugging him when he was a little boy. ( that’s momma’s baby). As the seconds, minutes, hours, days, months & years go by your pain of missing Natasha will slowly turn to loving, warm & happy memories. You were BLESSED to have found L💘VE in his dark & depress world.
Eternal Blessings & Love,
Astra

Bobby – I saw a FB post of the Yellow Pages gang and Natasha was in it. So I decided to Google her – as Ive always wanted to get back in touch. And then I came across this news. I am completely devastated. In shock and beyond sad. Please teach out to me if you can. Your wife was one of the most lovely people I ever had the privilege to know. I have such good memories of our times together.
