Pamela J. Krygier

Pamela J. Krygier, age 53, of Bear, DE, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2011, after a battle with cancer.
A native Delawarean, Pamela was born in Wilmington on November 20, 1957 and was a graduate of William Penn High School. She had been employed as a customer service manager for Walmart until 2001 and had also worked in many shops at the New Castle Farmers Market. In her leisure hours, she enjoyed crocheting, baking, and, most especially, spending time with her beloved grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert A. Moore, Sr. She is survived by her children, Ernest R. Krygier, Jr. of Worcester, MA, and Candice M. Krygier (fiancé, Eddie B. Kirkpatrick) of Bear; mother, Margaret Hallett Moore of New Castle; brother, Robert A. Moore, Jr. of Arizona; grandchildren, Nickolas A. Krygier and Julia N. Kirkpatrick; former spouse of 28 years, Ernest R. Krygier, Sr.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
The family extends special thanks to the staff of Compassionate Care Hospice for their many kindnesses to Pamela during her illness.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, September 3, 2011, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, where visitation will begin at 9:30 am. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle.
