Patricia J. Moretti

Patricia J. Moretti, age 80, of Middletown, DE, and formerly of Somerville, NJ and Ocean City, MD, passed away peacefully at home, with her son by her side, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Born in Somerville, NJ on June 7, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Joseph “Jumbo” Moretti and Josephine (Polocci) Moretti. Patricia worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for Steve Izzi Trucking for over 25 years.
In her spare time, Patricia enjoyed trying her luck at the casino or going out to eat. Every year, she looked forward to celebrating Christmas and loved gift giving. Patricia could often be found spending her evening watching her favorite shows on TV. Most of all, she loved family gatherings and making memories with her loved ones. Patricia will always be remembered for her kind spirit.
She is survived by her son, Joseph Baker of Middletown, DE and many loving cousins.
All services will be held privately.

I’ve known Patti for 70 some years and she is the kindest hardest person that would do anything for you. I’m gonna miss her very much. In fact I pick up the phone to call her and realize that she’s not here anymore but I know she’s up in heaven, making everybody happy and laughing. I know I’m gonna miss her very much.
