Paul V. McCallin

Paul V. McCallin, age 66, of Claymont, DE, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Born in Chester, PA on October 21, 1959, he was a son of the late Larence and Marian (Pevish) McCallin. Paul made his career as a swimming pool chemical technician.

Paul always looked forward to attending concerts and his next trip to the beach. He was an especially talented handyman. Paul could often be found in his kitchen cooking for his family and friends. He had a passion for animals and loved caring for them.

Paul is survived by his significant other, Georgette Petersen; and brother, Stephen McCallin (Cherie).

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 275 East Main Street, Middletown, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am. Interment will follow in Old Drawyers Cemetery, 2839 DuPont Parkway, Middletown, DE.
