  • It is shocking and very saddening to hear about Raj’ passing. I have very fond memories of the discussions around running with Raj. He was so passionate, and every time I met him, I would hear about his next running accomplishment. Discussions and conversations with Raj were very academic, I always told him that he will be a good teacher, if he chose teaching as a profession. Runners have this unique habit of trying to inspire and encourage others to take up running, I saw that in Raj. He would always talk about his training for the next marathon, it was very inspiring to hear him talk about running. He would meticulously remember his PR and would share with me over a text and seek opinion. I always told him that if you finish a marathon, that itself was a great achievement. He was seeking his dream to finish 50 marathons across the whole US, a feat which is so inspiring. My heart goes out for Usha and kids, I pray and hope that they derive strength from the fond memories that they have accumulated with Raj. To my friend Raj, your words and memories will always stay with the whole running group. You were an inspiration, and will remain an inspiration. God speed my friend.

  • Extremely saddened to hear this news. What a privilege it is to know him personally and interact with him.
Enjoyed all the conversations we had and we truly cherish the moments spent with him. Hope his soul attains sadgati. Praying that Usha akka and the kids find the strength to go through these tough times. Akka, we are all here for you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

  • It’s incredibly difficult to accept that Raj is no longer with us. He was an extraordinary father, husband, and an inspiring athlete. His journey of running a marathon in every state was truly remarkable, motivating all of us to push beyond our limits. Raj was my #1 Strava fan for 2024, always cheering me on, and I will forever cherish the encouragement he gave me. I am grateful that my last message to him on Friday, 12/13/2024 was a heartfelt “Thank you” — a sentiment I will always carry.

Raj’s presence will be deeply missed, especially on our weekend runs, where his energy and positivity lit up every moment. Usha, Siddharth, and Snigdha, I cannot begin to imagine the pain you’re enduring, but please know that Raj’s spirit and love will always be with you. He touched so many lives, and his legacy will continue to inspire us all.

Sending you strength and love during this unimaginable time.

  • Raj sir has a unique goal and he reached 30% of his goal but his efforts reached 100%. He and his inspiration will stay in my life forever.

  • I still cannot believe that my dear friend Raj is no longer among us. Raj was always very cheerful and exuding positivity. I will always remember and cherish our friendship. No matter what the situation was, Raj was always there to offer comforting words, advice or help as needed. I still remember the great times we had together and share a lot of great memories over the last 19 years.
Dear Raj, though you are not with us physically and will be missed terribly, your memories will always be with us.

  • My heartfelt deepest condolences to Rajasekhar’s all family members and my prayers are with you at this hard hour of lost beloved gentleman who may not present with us physically but spiritually always in among us in this Universe only.
    Ohm! Sadgathi prapthi rasthu
    Ohm shathi!!

  • My heartfelt condolences to the family, Raj exemplified passion and purpose that will continue to inspire and motivate many for years to come

  • With profound sadness, we mourn the sudden passing of Rajasekhar. I know him as my brother’s dear friend. He leaves behind his loving wife Usha, whose strength in these difficult times reflects the beautiful bond they shared. Together, they built a wonderful family life filled with love, laughter, and countless precious memories that will forever be treasured.
Perhaps it’s true what they say – God takes the best among us first. Rajasekhar’s pure heart and gentle soul surely earned him a special place in heaven. While we struggle to understand why he was called so soon, we find solace in knowing that his spirit lives on in the lives he touched and the love he shared.

May his soul find eternal peace, and may his family find strength in the beautiful memories they shared together. Gone too soon, but never forgotten.
    Om Shanti 🙏

  • We are shocked and saddened with the sudden demise of Rajashekar.
May the noble soul find peace and liberation. Our prayers are for the family members.

  • I have known Raj for 35 years and there was never a moment where he was not smiling. Even during college days he was very happy and willing to talk/help. I had the opportunity to meet with him in the past few years in our friends get together meets and our bonding has only increased. He instilled his passion and enthusiasm and confidence to his family members and friends. I pray and hope that your family gets the strength to continue your journey in this world.

  • It seems so hard right now. Please know that we are thinking of you and praying that time will allow you to remember all of the joys, love and laughter that Raj brought into your lives without the tears. With affection, Gary and Tracy (Rav’s in-laws).

  • Dear Raj,
My dear friend, it is so tough for me to digest this news. Still we are in the memories at Hyderabad when you visited last time. God bless all your family. Give strength to continue forever.

    Your’s lovingly,
    Jagan – BTech classmate

  • I just want his family to know that he was not alone that morning. I don’t know if they were friends or strangers but Raj was surrounded by so many people carrying for him in his last moments. Runners are a special type of people and it sounds like Raj fit right in with all of us!

  • It is very saddened to hear the shocking news of his sudden death. He is family man and easy going. I am proud to say he was my alumni. Always speaks with love and affection. During my limited interaction with him I developed passion for travel and nature. May his soul rest in peace.

  • We are Sorry to hear that you have lost someone who had special importance in your life. I lost my words and really don’t know what to say in this painful situation and There are no words to reduce your soreness. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Raj is a good friend of our family.
Pray to God that the Almighty bless his soul and help you to fight with this difficult phase in life.

  • It is heartbreaking and still hard to believe. I have long memories to go back starting from bus rides to work back in early 20s, to recent lunch get togethers at WellsFargo. Our conversations always were open, informative and encouraging. When I joined WellsFargo in 2022, knowing Raj is located on the same floor was big bonus and helped me sail through those early days smoothly.
Raj is an extraordinary husband, father, brother and an inspiring friend. His commitment to goals was always inspiring everyone around him, his attentive observations and encouragement to achievements of people around him are surly missed.
I can’t think of pain his family going through these testing times, I pray god to give them enough strength to sail and come-out stronger. Raj may not be with us physically but his spirit and inspiration will always be with us. Om Shanti 🙏

  • You were an inspiration… miss you buddy.

  • Raj was such an upbeat, happy person and I thoroughly enjoyed working alongside him. Condolences to his family and friends. He will certainly be sorely missed.

  • It is very shocking, heartbreaking to hear the passing of Rajasekhar, he was one of our concern and very good neighbor. He was always sending greetings to our kids. My husband is devastated right now, that was his buddy when they’re outside mowing lawn, or sometimes after his morning exercise he would stop by and have a word with my husband. He was a nice man with a great sense of humor Always smiling, waving across his backyard. He was passionate about his morning joggings, most of the time he would invite my husband to join him. Rest well Raj, you will be missed. May your memories lived on. Extending our sincere condolences and prayers to the family🙏🏾🙏🏾

  • I’m so sorry for your loss. I send love and support to Raj’s family.

  • Dear Usha, My heart goes out to you and your family during this tough time. I can’t imagine the unimaginable pain you are going through. Wishing you strength to help you through this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

  • I met Raj only a couple times but much enjoyed our conversations and always left wanting to talk more with him. Raj is an inspiration for all of us in what he accomplished as a father, husband, son, professional, and runner, and what he was striving for. That dedication, commitment, and ambition and the resulting inspiration will be his legacy that along with a lot of memories will eventually shine through the grief that we are all experiencing today. Raj will be missed dearly. Heartfelt condolences to Usha, Snigdha, and Siddharth, and the extended family, and I pray for strength to them in this difficult time.
