Robin Ann Moore

May 10, 1958 - July 18, 2022

Robin Ann Moore, age 64, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 18, 2022, and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior.

Born in Greenwich, CT on May 10, 1958, Robin was the loving daughter of the late Augustus and Carrie Ann (Harding) Moore of Norwalk, CT. As a child, she and her siblings enjoyed life at Armstrong Court, Easter egg hunts on Round Hill Road, family reunions in Coatesville, PA, camping at Pound Ridge, and infamous backyard cookouts at 22 South Wind.

After graduating from Brien McMahon High School, Robin chased her dream and graduated from Widener University with a BS in Hotel Management. She accepted a position as Director of Operations with Aramark Dining, moved up to Food Service Director, and subsequently was promoted to Director of Operations with Aramark at the University of Delaware.

Anyone who knew Robin, knew that she had a strong work ethic, was incredibly kindhearted and was always the source of positivity. This was true in her professional life as well as her private life. Robin was passionate about her family, her friends, cooking, fine dining, and vacations with the ‘Zeta girls’.

THERE ARE SOME WHO BRING A LIGHT SO GREAT TO THE WORLD THAT EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE GONE, THE LIGHT REMAINS.

Robin is survived by her brother, David Moore of Chinle, AZ; sister, Kym Moore (Lisa Dellevigne) of Norwalk, CT; nieces, Stephanie Gross and Katie Moore of CA; great niece, Olivia Kate Gross of CA; and a beautiful family of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am.
