Ronald G. Martin II, age 56, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022.
Born in Dover, DE on April 28, 1966, he was a son of Cheryl Martin and the late Ronald G. Martin. Ronald made his career as a truck driver for Atack.
Ronald was an avid motorcyclist and had a love for Chevrolet Chevelles. He was a dedicated member of the Elks Club. In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing. Most of all, he was a proud husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his loved ones.
In addition to his father, Ronald was preceded in death by his son, Ronald G. Murphy. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa M. (Hemphill) Martin; children, Ronald G. Martin (DeVonna D.), Amanda M. Martin-Long (Britni L.), and Jessica M. Martin (Mason C.); step-children, Damian Wilkins (Holly P.), and Charles Scafe, and Holly Rybinski; grandchildren., Elijah, Gage, and Scarlet; siblings, Ronald G. Martin, Jr., Dorothy Billings, Barbra Martin, and Michelle Foraker; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
All services will be held privately.

My dearest uncle Ronnie fly high your no longer suffering as your join great grandma Ann B Russel and my father John w Stevens III. I remember coming to your house and hanging our with you and my cousins you letting me on the fork lift n riding in your old Chevy dully I thought that was the coolest truck ever I’m sorry our family is such a dysfunctional fucking family however I’ve tried my best to bring the family together but unfortunately that’s like tryna walk threw quick sand. Fly high some feel we aren’t family some are acting like children however that’s not the point the point is this you still my uncle point blank period it hurt seeing you in pain cause like my dad I always seen you working hard whether it was with pallets or driving trucks or whatever I’ll miss you.

Ron was a great man. Always cheerful and a lot of fun. A hard worker and good to everybody. I along with countless others will miss him, he is tough to replace. RIP GREAT MAN
