Rudolph Thomas “Tom” Elliott, Jr., age 70, of Millsboro, DE, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at BeeBe Hospital of heart failure.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Ella Elloitt; sisters, Lillian Marsh and Margaret Current; and great-granddaughter, Avery.

He leaves behind his wife, Diane of 32 years; sister, Linda Daniels; children, David Elliott, Jill, Laura, and Lynn Elliott; son-in-law, Mike Timmons; grandchildren, Chris, Danielle, and Taylor; and great-grandchildren, Braxton, Carson, and August. He will be greatly missed by many more friends and family.

A memorial service will begin at 11 am on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Selbyville Assembly of God, 36360 Pepper Road, Selbyville, DE 19975.
