Melissa Boris was born and raised in Maryland, in the suburbs outside of Washington, DC. She graduated From Montrose High School in Rockville, Maryland and studied at University of Maryland. Melissa had worked for many years in the Staffing Industry, before staying home to raise her two children. Melissa’s career in funeral service began six years ago. After starting in an administrative role, she quickly learned that she wanted to work with families through their grief after the loss of a loved one. As of 2022, Melissa is a Certified Aftercare Specialist. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her children and friends and enjoys anything outdoors, especially working in her garden and koi pond.
