Tara A. “Titi” Henderson, age 34, of Dover, DE, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
Born in Newark, DE, on November 9, 1989, she was a daughter of Richard D. Henderson, Sr. and Cheryl A. (Best) Henderson. Titi dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker.
Titi enjoyed channeling her creativity into writing poetry, drawing, and crafting. She also studied cosmetology. In her spare time, Titi loved to go for a walk or take trips to the beach. She was a talented cook and could often be found making a delicious meal. Most of all, Titi cherished the time she spent with her family and loved to help others.
Titi was preceded in death by her grandmother, Audry Jackson; niece, Lilli Henderson; and cousin, Mikey Verucci. She is survived by her children, Chase Best, Scott Newcomber III, and Akin’Niah Corbitt; mother, Cheryl Henderson; father, Richard Henderson, Sr. (Susan); siblings, Rose Mera (David) and Richard Henderson, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Xavier, Darren, Ellie, Logan, and Lucas; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
All services will be held privately.
