Dear Tomek’s family and friends, I’m thinking of you during this difficult time. The loss of Tomek is surely heartbreaking and shocking for all those who knew and loved him. I can’t begin to understand the emptiness you’re feeling, but I’m here for you and know that time will heal your pain. May your memories of Tomek always bring you joy.
Tomek, you were the best boss. On Monday, we looked back on our 20 years of working together… You were committed to your work until the end…
Tomek, I truly hope you’re on safer roads now, where you can watch over us. Over.

I want you and your family to know how much I am feeling for you all. I have had the pleasure of teaching your son in my math class for the past almost 2 years, and he is an excellent student and wonderful young man! This is a testament to what a great family you all have. My heart and thoughts are with you all.

When Tomek and I first met, he was a new driver at the company I was working for. I noticed that he wanted to park his trailer but didn’t know how to do it. I wanted to help him but he was very adamant that he had to do it himself. After a while, he did it and he came out very proud and sweaty. From that moment, we became the best of friends and have been for over 30 years. We talked very often throughout the week about everything while we were on the road. He was very ambitious, friendly, and I could always count on him in any situation. I will miss him tremendously. Sending my love and condolences to his family.
